A portion of RingCX customers in the UK may be experiencing the inability to direct dial or transfer calls to numbers within the UK. We have investigated the issue and determined it to be related to an interconnection with a particular underlying carrier. RingCX teams have performed an emergency change and working to confirm resolution via internal testing and end-user feedback. About Our RingCentral RingCX Status Page Integration
