8x8 is investigating intermittent reports of agents not being able to view the Agent Workspace after successfully logging into the application panel, in most cases refreshing the page results in the page loading correctly and a successful login. Logged-in users are not experiencing any issues. We are currently investigating and will provide updates as they become available.

About Our 8x8 Status Page Integration

8x8 is a Communications and Telephony solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since March 2021. Over the past almost 3 years, we have collected data on on more than 658 outages that affected 8x8 users. When 8x8 publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 43 components and 3 groups using 4 different statuses: up, warn, down, and maintenance which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.
