Investigating - We have received reports that agents are unable to reach the OCC Cloud login page. We are able to reproduce the issue and have created a ticket with the highest priority with the vendor. Agents who were already logged in, should not experience any issues. So whenever possible, please leave your agents logged in until further notice. This concerns both the web version and Client Installer versions of OCC Cloud. OCC7 is not affected. Investigating - Good morning, This morning we have noticed an issue with Peter Connects, specifically when used in combination with Teams, is giving the user authorisation errors when trying to log in. This also happens when using Teams in combination with Azure. We are raising a ticket with the supplier at this moment. If possible, please use the Broadsorks receptionist as a workaround: https://receptionist.voip.evolveip.eu/receptionist/Peter Connects without Teams is still working as intended, this issue is only active for those who use Peter Connects in combination with Teams/Azure. About Our Evolve IP Status Page Integration

Evolve IP is a Cloud Infrastructure solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since April 2024. Over the past 24 days, we have collected data on on outages that affected Evolve IP users.
