Identified - We've identified an issue where bot is creating some tickets with incorrect Requestor information. This is happening when users are creating tickets by reacting to a slack channel message with a ticket creation emoji. Tickets created in this manner results in tickets with user who reacted with the emoji as the requestor instead of the actual user who posted the message. We have identified a fix for the issue and are currently in the process of applying the same. We will provide additional updates as we make progress.
