Over the past over 2 years, we have collected data on on more than 13 outages that affected Riverside Insights users. When Riverside Insights publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 3 components using 2 different statuses: up and warn which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.
Many StatusGator users monitor Riverside Insights to get notified when it's down or has an outage. We've sent more than 100 notifications to our users about Riverside Insights incidents, providing transparency and peace of mind. You can get alerts by signing up for a free StatusGator account.
Currently, down notifications are not supported by the Riverside Insights status page. That means all notifications from their page will show in the warn state. If you need better differentiation, please get in touch.

When Riverside Insights posts issues on their status page, we collect the main headline message and include that brief information or overview in notifications to StatusGator subscribers.
At this time, we do not collect detailed status updates from the Riverside Insights status page. If you need this capability, please be sure to reach out.
