Monitoring - Our Engineering team have determined that the issue stemmed from some requests failing validation and getting caught in a loop of reattempting to validate with the Shipwire platform. This resulted in an increase in validation calls which meant more server resources were allocated to handle them. With less resources available for other processes, this resulted in the platform performance to become severely degraded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
