We have received a small subset of reports from customers reporting that some users are having call connectivity issues with their Webphones while using Chromium-based browsers.

Through our thorough investigation, we have identified that the root cause of this issue is indeed isolated at the browser level.

As a result of our diligent efforts, we have identified the steps required to mitigate this issue which have been comprehensively outlined in the following article: docs.natterbox.com/docs/webphone-launch-issues-in-chrome-on-windows

About Our Natterbox Status Page Integration

Natterbox is a Telephony and Telecom solution that StatusGator has been monitoring since September 2022. Over the past over 1 year, we have collected data on on more than 70 outages that affected Natterbox users. When Natterbox publishes downtime on their status page, they do so across 37 components and 19 groups using 4 different statuses: up, warn, down, and maintenance which we use to provide granular uptime metrics and notifications.
